Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix using of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.480cu.m,6mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320cu.m,sand 0.400cu.m and cement 350Kg with water cement ratio of 0.53(185.50 ltrs/cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, centering charges, shuttering charges for finished item of work.

-do- for precast slabs 40mm thick using 10 mm graded aggregate HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards, with necessary reinforcement excluding cost of steel and tying of grills, centering charges,but including cost of necessary form work etc., complete as directed by the department.

Flooring with high polished granite 16 to 18 mm thick slabs up to 8'-00 (2.43 M) - Regular colours (other than black and Premium colours) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply)

High polished granite 16 to 18mm thick up to 8'-00 (2.43m) other than black (regular colours)

Supply and fixing of partitions made of seccolor pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58 mm thick ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be 46x52mm section for shutter should be 46x46mm, section for mullion should be 46x70mm, section for beading should be 18x25mm and section for middle and bottom rail (Lock Rail and Kick Rail) of size should be 23x130mm. The partition should be paneled with 9mm pre-laminated particle board to a height of 0.91m from the bottom, and remaining height with 5mm thick plain glass With Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) Gaskets. The sections are to be cut to length, mitre joined with corner bracket Centre mullions are to be fixed using mullion cap. Gaskets made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM). Corner brackets made of CRCA with zinc phosphate. Mullion caps made of Glass filled nylon. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws, and complete for finished item of work.

Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforcedwith 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (whitepowder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at allcorners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing& direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted. But no extra payment on this account shall be made.
