Supply & fixing modular workstation 75mm thick tile / glass based system. Partition frame (1200mm-h) is free standing and self supporting having a thickness of 75mm internal steel frame work comprising of vertical sections made out of 18SWG CRCA steel formed into channel duly powder coated. these vertical channels will have necessary slots to accept panel mounted components. They also have a provision of accepting the cladding of various finishes. The horizontal members of this frame work are made from MS rectangular tubes of size 40mm x 20mm x 1.2mm thick. The joinery of these frame is simple and effective in order to install the partition in any derived configuration and also to dismantle and reinstall in any other altered configuration. Two adjacent frames are conneted to each other by means of M8 sized nuts and bolts. Electrical raceway will be provided at the skirting level with removable panel for maintenance. Top trims and end trims:- Fabricated out of extruded aluminium,section designed to fit with the frame. end trims will be provided with aluminium casting bush at top. Finish all metal and aluminium parts are powder coated after necessary treatments(minimum 50 micron) Tile:

The tiles at both sides of the frame will be of 9mm thick MDF board and 5mm thick plain glass, fixed to the frame, powder coated after necessary treatment. Four way post way post(1200mm-h) A four way post at centre will be provided to connect the partition from all the 4 sides The post is fabricated out 50mm x 50mm square tubular section, powder coated after necessary treatment . the top of the post will be covered with casting bush of matching colour . Work top will be fabricated out of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board, design made using pin router machine and edge banded with 2mm thick PVC strips of matching colour using hot melt glue. Each workstation with - Keyboard tray size of 510mm L x 240mm W x 35mm Ht.Metal with telecscopic runners.,- Mobilepedestal - Size of 400mm x 450mm x 640mm Ht. Having two drawer and one filing drawer 18mm thick pre lamination particle board duly edge banded with pvc beeding and provided with handle and lock CPU Trolly - Size of 260mm L x 209mm x 128mm Ht. Ms powder coated including conveyance all taxes and incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution excluding GST.
