Construction of Brick masonry inspection chamber of size 0.76mX0.76m internal dimension using country bricks(non-modular) in CM (1:4) and plastering in CM(1:3) 20mm thick inside as well out side of the exposed portion including earth work excavation in all types of soils except rock requiring blasting and filling the vanka sand 100mm thick below the bed concrete and laying P.C.C (1:5:10) 150mm thick using 40mm HBG metal and P.C.C(1:1 1/2:3) benching and channeling with an average thickness of 100mm as per standard specification and also finally Providing pre-cast RCC(1:1 1/2:3) cover slabs with 50mm thick using 3mm to 10mm HBG chips using necessary reinforcement including 2 No’s, 8mm dia handles at the top and plastering in CM(1:3) 12mm thick on one side including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, steel and its fabrication charges, centering charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

(A) 1.20m depth foundation finished level to top level.

(B) 0.90 m depth foundation finished level to top level.

Cutting holes in stone masonry at basement and repairs labour charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Cutting holes in CC at basement &repairs, labour charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Cutting open B T Road Surface including water bound macadam road and solling, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour & incidental charges involved, complete for finished item of work and as directed during execution.

Filling with carted river sand(excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Plain Cement Concrete in (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix for foundations and under flooring bed using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite or Trap metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, etc., to site, including cost of seigniorage charges and all other taxes on all materials and including all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete, ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing , etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS. No. 402

Plain Cement Concrete in (1:2:4) proportion nominal mix for Bed Flooring using 20mm size MCG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, etc., to site, including cost of seigniorage charges and all other taxes on all materials and including all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete, ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing , etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS.
