Synthetic flooring Tennis courts;Plain Cement Concrete in (1:5:10) proportion nominal mix for foundations and under flooring bed using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite or Trap metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, etc., to site, including cost of seigniorage charges and all other taxes on all materials and including all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete, ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing , etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS. No. 402.

( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Synthetic flooring Tennis courts;Providing pre - cast RCC M20 nomInal mix slabs of 50mm thick using 6mm to 12mm BSS gauge machine crushed granite chips with necessary reinforcement kept in position including plastering in CM (1:3), 12mm thick for one side, incluidng cost and coveyance of all materials from approved sources to site of work , centring , pre - casting , hoisting charges, labour charges , incidental charges etc., but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges which will be measured for seperately etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed during execuiton.

Synthetic flooring Tennis courts;Providing and fixing M-35 Grade High strength precast cement concrete blocks, inter locking regular pedestrain pavers of 60mm thickness in all shapes and designs using 12mm down size HBG crushed granite metal of approved size and shape and colout over stone crusher dust finer than 3mm with not more than 10% passing 0.075 sieve bed of 50mm average thickness and compaction with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tone compactor force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints final compaction of pavers surfaces to be do ne after spreading and brushing the fine sand into hoints to its final level. The work including cost and conveyance of all materials such as cobble stone inter lock pavers, sand etc., labour equipment such as cutting machine lift loasing and unloding to work site clearing bringing required for the success final construction of work as per direction during execution.

Synthetic flooring Tennis courts;Painting to New walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint using Acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint with weather proof water - based modified acrylic with silicon additions exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames / litre of approved brand and shade over one coat of exterior grade cement primer ( total 3 coats ) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Synthetic flooring Tennis courts;Providing, laying, spearding and compacting gradedd stone aggregate (IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate Conforming to table 400 - 13) to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mixer, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-bays/base course on a well prepared sub - bays and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes weight to achive desired density inclluding lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc., as per technical specification vide clause No.406 of MORTH etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer In - charge during execution.

Synthetic flooring Tennis courts;Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of WMM/WBM base including clearing of roads surface, watering, cleaning of road surface by machanical broom, Air compressor ( 250cfm) and spraying primer (bitumen emulsion) at the rate of 0.72, 1.0 Kg/Sqm by using bitumen pressure distributor etc., as per technical specification No.502, table 503 of MORTH and as directed by Engineer In - Charge during execution.

Synthetic flooring Tennis courts;Providing and laying bituminous macadam of Specified compacted thickness using VG 30 Grade bitumen on prepared surface with specified IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate of (Specified grading pre mixed with bituminous binder) grading conforming to table 500 - 7 for base coats, including loading of aggregates with FE loader and hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH capacity, transporting the mixed material to the site, laid made over a previously prepared surface with machanical paver finisher to the required garde, level and alignment and rolled as per classes 501.60 and 501.70 using smooth wheeled roller 8-10 Tonnes for inicial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes for Intermidiate rolling and finish rolling with 6-10 Tonnes smooth wheeled tandem roller to achive the desire compaction as per technical specification No.504 of MORTH including cost of cleaning with Air compressor 250 CFM, all labour, materials, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading and conveyance etc., but excluding cost of prime / tack coat as per specification vide clause No.504 MORTH etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer In - Charge during execution with the following materials. Grading II (19mm nominal size) layer thickness - 52 to 75mm with 3.4% of bitumen by wieght of total mix.
