ROOF SLAB 12.50 Cms. THICK.

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, for sunshades 60.00 cms / 45 cms / 75 cms, wide 5 cms thick at free end and 7.5 cms wide thick at fixed end cast monolithically with lintel / beam. 7.50 + 5.00/2=6.25Cms

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) below 36mm dia for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126) and as directed during execution.

Providing ornamental Brick work with CM (1:5) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) with smooth finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, cost of seigniorage charges and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for even faces of internal surfaces of brick walls.

First class Ornamental plastering 1" to 1 1/4" thick with base plastering 1/2" to 3/4" in C.M (1:3) and top finishing 1/2" thick with C.M(1:2) to bring the required ornamentation, fine rendering with neat cement including cost and conveyance of all materails, labour charges, all incidental & operational charges, curing etc., complete. To the required shape and size as per the approved drawing and as per Silpi Norms including preparation and fixing of precast pillars, where ever necessary. -do - First class ornamental plastering - Ground floor

Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for uneven faces of walls for external surfaces of brick walls

Flooring with high polished granite slabs 16mm to 18mm thick other than black set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 20mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry of heney like consistency spread @ 33 Kgs per 10Sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. complete including seinorage charges, labour charges for dresing of granite etc. complete for finished item of work.

Painting to New walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint using Acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint with weather proof water - based modified acrylic with silicon additions exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames / litre of approved brand and shade over one coat of exterior grade cement primer ( total 3 coats ) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.
