Plain Cement Concrete in (1:5:10) proportion nominal mix for foundations and under flooring bed using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite or Trap metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, etc., to site, including cost of seigniorage charges and all other taxes on all materials and including all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete, ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing , etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS. No. 402.

Construction of Brick Masonry using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete- do - in CM(1:6)

50mm thick for precast slabs using 10 mm graded aggregate HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards, with necessary reinforcement excluding cost of steel and tying of grills, centering charges,but including cost of necessary form work etc., complete asdirected by the department.C16

Plastering in Cement mortar CM (1:3) 12 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Painting three coats with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additive solatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/liter over a coat of ready mixed Cement primer (water thinnable) exterior grade-II ( Total four coats ) by using spray guns to match the granite stone appearance of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls (Excluding cost of GST).

The item of Earthwork in hard rock with rock breakers, etc.‟shall only be proposed while preparing the estimate in hard rock excavation. Only a maximum of 10 cm top finishing layer depth is to be proposed with earthwork by benching and chiseling item”Hard rock (requiring blasting) up to 3m depthNote: Cost of dewatering up to 5% of (a+b) may be added, where required, as per site conditions

Construction of embankment/laying with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting tosite, including cost of cutting and spearding with dozer 50 HP, grading with mortor grader to required slop, watering and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne, at OMC to meet requirements of table 300-2 with a lead up to 1000Mts as per technical specification clause 301.5 MORTH as directed during execution by Engineer in - charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate confirming to Table 400-12 & Table 400-13) to Wet mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mixer, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with Vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes weight to achieve desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc., as per Technical specification vide clause No.406 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution - do - for thickness of more than 100 mm using vibratory roller

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of WMM/WBM base including clearing of roads surface, watering, cleaning of road surface by machanical broom, Air compressor ( 250cfm) and spraying primer (bitumen emulsion) at the rate of 0.72, 1.0 Kg/Sqm by using bitumen pressure distributor etc., as per technical specification No.502, table 503 of MORTH and as directed by Engineer In - Charge during execution.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam of Specified compacted thickness using VG 30 Grade bitumen on prepared surface with specified IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate of (Specified grading pre mixed with bituminous binder) grading conforming to table 500 - 7 for base coats, including loading of aggregates with FE loader and hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH capacity, transporting the mixed material to the site, laid made over a previously prepared surface with machanical paver finisher to the required garde, level and alignment and rolled as per classes 501.60 and 501.70 using smooth wheeled roller 8-10 Tonnes for inicial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes for Intermidiate rolling and finish rolling with 6-10 Tonnes smooth wheeled tandem roller to achive the desire compaction as per technical specification No.504 of MORTH including cost of cleaning with Air compressor 250 CFM, all labour, materials, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading and conveyance etc., but excluding cost of prime / tack coat as per specification vide clause No.504 MORTH etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer In - Charge during execution with the following materials. Grading II (19mm nominal size) layer thickness - 52 to 75mm with 3.4% of bitumen by wieght of total mix.

Providing and laying surface dressing by machanical means (Hydralic self propelled chip spreader, tripper, front end loader, bitumen pressure distributor, machanical broom, Air compressor) as a wearing course in single coat using required IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate of specified garding/ size (table 500-21) on a layer of bituminous binder of 60/70 grade laid on prepared surface and rolling smooth wheeled 8-10 Tonnes steel roller as per specification vide cross No.507 & 509 of MORTH etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer In - Charge during execution with 6mm nominal aggregate size and bitumen at 0.758 Kgs per Sqm
