Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) below 36mm dia for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chains , space bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126) and as directed during execution.( Floor-1)

VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, for PLINTH BEAMS.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S. flats, square rods, angle,plates,sheets, etc of approved design for Galvanised Iron Chain link mesh Fencing setup including necessary holes, cuttings, bending , fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth , incuding cost of Fixing in to RCC/Masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour Charges,incidental charges etc complete.

Supplying and Fixing Hot dipped Galvanised Iron Chain link mesh 8 gauge - (4.0 mm) as per IS: 2721-1979 - PVC Coated - 3"x3" (76 mm x 76 mm) - 8 Gauge with MS Angle & Flat using set of Bolt & Nut with Washers for Fencing Setup,(Excluding cost of MS Angle, Flat, GI Bolt,Nut,Washers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour Charges,incidental charges etc complete.

Supplying and Fixing 50mm G.I Nuts, Bolts and Washers (each set) for fixing Galvanised Iron Chain link mesh with MS Angle & Flat Setup for Fencing, including cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour Charges,incidental charges etc complete.

Supplying and Fixing MS-Powder Coated Aldrop (IS:2681) 300 mm long with Necessary Welding Work For Gate Lock arrangement, including cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour Charges,incidental charges etc complete.

Supplying and Fixing MS-Powder Coated Butt hinges (IS:205) 150 mm Long with Necessary Welding Work For Gate Lock arrangement, including cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour Charges,incidental charges etc complete.

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for Uneven Faces of External Brick Wall Surfaces.( Floor-1)

Painting to New walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint using Acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint with weather proof water - based modified acrylic with silicon additions exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames / litre of approved brand and shade over one coat of exterior grade cement primer ( total 3 coats ) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Providing painting for new iron work two coats over one coat of metal primer using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacturer and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Supply and Laying of precast concrete blocks (Inter Locking) for paving of M-35 grade and thickness not less than 60 mm for Light traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer’s specification, Including Labour charges for laying & fixing of precast concrete blocks for paving, all labour charges for loading & unloading, laying to desired lines and levels complete (Excluding cost of Earth work, sand),But Including HOM Of T&P Like Pan Vibrator, etc.complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.
