Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) below 36mm dia for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chains , space bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126) and as directed during execution.

Dadooing to walls with 1st quality red or white glazed full body ceramic wall tiles manufactured by ISO approved firm of any size set over a base coat of epoxy emulsion grout / synthetic / resin adhesives in width of 3-5mm , fixing full depth , jointing and pointing laid over existing flooring / CC bed /slab, jointing / pointing grout mixed with pigment of maching shade , including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution. In all floors

Removing of white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushing and / or scraping , sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scraches , complete for finished item of work and as directed during execuiton.

Flooring with High polished granie 16 to 18 mm thick upto 2.4 m other than black premium xcolor if any colour and finish in all shades and designs of 1st quality, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, , etc., complete for finished item of work, .

Supply and Fixing of Vinyl flooring with 2.00mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing complete as directed by the departmental officer during execution in all floors.

Painting to New walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over one coat of interior grade cement primer ( total 3 coats ) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting to existing old plastic emulsion painted walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Supplying and Fixing of Nominal Bore 20mm GI pipe Medium Grade properties & weight as per IS 1239 ISI mark with GI fittings including the cost of pipe & its fittings & labour charges etc., Complete as directed during execution.

Providing painting for old Iron work two coats using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Varnishing to wood work two coats with best varnish off approved quality and make including brushes to have even shade and including cost of linseed oil , boiled , stopting cloth , cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS and as directed during exeuction.

Supply and fixing of teak wood Cupboards of size 2.65 X 0.90 Mtrs using outer frame section of size 100mm X 50mm teak wood alround frame of verticles and Horizontal supports with Top & Bottom and middle of rack with Double shutters using MDF water proof board of thickness 18.00mm, and 12 Nos of PC Butt hinges 75mm Size. 6 Nos of Aluminium door handles of size 75mm, 6 Nos of aluminium tower bolts of size 75mm, teakwood beading alround of shutters and keyless lock set including incidental charges, nails screws, fevicol, labour charges etc., complete as directed during execution

French Spirit polishing Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler etc., as directed during execution.

Providing Half Rounding the edges of Marble/ Granite stone slabs of all thicknesses including polishing the same, Complete as directed during execution.
