Septic tank;Supply and fixing centring charges for RCC vertical walls of plain surface (rate for both sides centring) including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Septic tank;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) below 36mm dia for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chains , space bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126) and as directed during execution.

Septic tank;Construction of Brick masonry inspection chamber of size 0.76mX0.76m internal dimension using country bricks(non-modular) in CM (1:4) and plastering in CM(1:3) 20mm thick inside as well out side of the exposed portion including earth work excavation in all types of soils except rock requiring blasting and filling the vanka sand 100mm thick below the bed concrete and laying P.C.C (1:5:10) 150mm thick using 40mm HBG metal and P.C.C(1:1 1/2:3) benching and channeling with an average thickness of 100mm as per standard specification and also finally Providing pre-cast RCC(1:1 1/2:3) cover slabs with 50mm thick using 3mm to 10mm HBG chips using necessary reinforcement including 2 No?s, 8mm dia handles at the top and plastering in CM(1:3) 12mm thick on one side including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, steel and its fabrication charges, centering charges etc., complete as directed during execution inspection chamber size 0.76mtr X 0.76mtrX1.2mtrs.

Septic tank;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Septic tank;Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:5) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Septic tank;Painting to existing old exterior emulsion painted walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint using Acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint with weather proof water - based modified acrylic with silicon additions exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames / litre of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Septic tank;Painting to New walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint using Acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint with weather proof water - based modified acrylic with silicon additions exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames / litre of approved brand and shade over one coat of exterior grade cement primer ( total 3 coats ) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Septic tank;Demolishing and disposal of lime / surkhi concrete and disposing of waste debris with initial lead of 100 mtrs and lift, in low level areas around the building etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed during execuiton.

Septic tank;Cement concrete (1:1 1/2:3) mix using 12mm BSS gauge hard machine crushed granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete including , water profing compound @1.00 kg per bag of cement, cost of rabbit wire mesh & kept in position tying etc., for finished item of work, for weathering course , 75mm thick . 1.00/0.075 = 13.333 Sqm

Septic tank;Flooring with pressed clay flooring tiles, (west coast tiles) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick over already laid RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with cement mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, , etc., complete for finished item of work, confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Septic tank;Supplying and fixing in position M.S. ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for verandah openings using M.S.flates, square rods, anglesheets, etc of approved design including necessary holes cuttings, bending , fabrication welding grinding and finishing smooth , incuding cost of making holes in to RCC masonry works and making good the same whereever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc complete.

Septic tank;Providing painting for new iron work two coats over one coat of metal primer using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.
