Filling with carted river sand(excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Plain Cement Concrete in (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix for foundations and under flooring bed using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite or Trap metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials and including all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete, ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing , etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS. No. 402

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:4) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for uneven faces of walls for external surfaces of brick walls.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) mix using 6mm to 12mm BSS gauge hard machine crushed granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and , sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete for finished item of work, for Levelling-Course .

Supply, Laying, Jointing and Testing the PVC/SWR Pipe line 6Kgs/Sqcm of approved quality and make with single socket end including cost and conveyance of required materials GI clamps, necessary jointing materials, labour charges for fixing but excluding cost of specials etc., Complete as directed during execution. (75mm dia PVC/SWR pipe line)

Removal of Steel Door , window , ventilator, Weld Mesh Enclosure etc., carefully stacking the materials usefull for reuse and clearing away all the debris to the low level areas around the building / site with initial lead and lift etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed during execution. (Area Exceeding 3.00 Sq mtr)

Removal, Re-sizing & Re-Fixing of MS Ornamental Grill Door, including necessary holes, cuttings, bending , fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth, incuding cost of making holes in to RCC / Masonry works and making good the same where ever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental Charges, Labour charges, etc; complete for finished item of work and as directed during execution.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S. ornamental grills for Doors, Windows, Ventilators, Verandah Openings, etc; using M.S.flats, square rods, angles, sheets, etc of approved design including necessary holes, cuttings, bending , fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth, incuding cost of making holes in to RCC / Masonry works and making good the same where ever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental Charges, Labour charges, etc; complete for finished item of work and as directed during execution.

Flooring with Chequered Cement Concrete heavy duty tiles conforming to IS: 13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 300 x 300 mm and thickness 25 mm of any shades, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed during execution.

Providing Painting for New Iron Work Two-Coats over One -Coat of metal primer using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges, etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Providing Painting for Old Iron work Two-Coats using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacturer and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Painting to New walls with Two-Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint using Acrylic Emulsion Exterior Grade Paint with Weather-Proof, Water-Based modified acrylic with silicon additions exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames / litre of approved brand and shade over One-Coat of Exterior Grade Cement Primer ( Total - 3 coats ) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting to Existing Old Exterior Emulsion Painted walls with Two-coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint using Acrylic Emulsion Exterior Grade Paint with Weather-Proof, Water-Based modified acrylic with silicon additions exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames / litre of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Supply, Hiring & Engaging of Back Hoe Loader Machinery (Excavator with Loader) (JCB) (Capacity / output of machine 0.24 / 1 Cum) for cleaning of scrub Jungle, Excavating, Loading, etc; including cost and conveyance of all necessary like crew, fuel charges, hire & operational charges, complete as directed during Execution. 1.The owner should transport the JCB to the workspot at his own costs. 2.The Excavator-Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubicmeter of Earth per hour. 3.The Excavator-Loader (JCB)should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubicmetre of loose factor per each tractor. 4.The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL (Petroleum, Oils & Lubricants), Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5.The payment of the Excavator-Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6.The Excavator-Loader (JCB) should have theTacho metre and it should function properly.

Supply of Labour / Mazdoor for Cleaning Bushes, Levelling the Ground, etc; to work site and including all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work and as directed during execution.
