VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and , sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, for footings.

Coursed Rubble masonry 1st sort in the following proportions using granite stones from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standards including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, packing, neat finishing etc., complete as per specifications (including cost of bond stones )

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) with smooth finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for internal surfaces of brick walls and contigeous RCC surfaces.

Providing raised pointing in C.M(1:3) to C.R / R.R. Masonry including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S. ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for verandah openings using M.S.flates, square rods, anglesheets, etc of approved design including necessary holes cuttings, bending , fabrication welding grinding and finishing smooth , incuding cost of making holes in to RCC masonry works and making good the same whereever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc complete.

Painting to New walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint using Acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint with weather proof water - based modified acrylic with silicon addition exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames/litre of approved brand andsahde over one coat of exterior grade cement primer (total 3 coats). Providing and applying synthetic plaster of putty or cement based putty of average 1-2mm thickness After thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Providing painting for new iron work two coats over one coat of metal primer using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) below 36mm dia for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chains , space bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126) and as directed during execution.
