MST Radar Building;VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and , sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, for footings.

MST Radar Building;Supplying and fixing of precast cement concrete blocks of sixe 0.30X0.45 MM X 0.15 M using Cement Concrete (1:1 1/2 :3) mix with 12mm hard machine crushed granite metal including machine mixing charges, making smooth on the surfaces of the block, cost and conveyance of all materials from approved sources to site of work, water charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

MST Radar Building;Providing and fixing m 40 grade high density precast cement concrete blocks, interlocking glazed design pavers of 80mm thickness in all shapes and designs with colour pigmentation using standarad pigmentations at the rate of 10% cement quality for finished top coat of about 10mm thick using 12mm down size HPG crushed granite metal of approved size and shape & colour over sand bed of 50mm average thickness and compaction with vibrating plate compactor having 3ton compactor force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between junctions final compaction of pavers surfaces to be do ne after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints into final level. the work including cost of conveyance of all materials such as cobble stone interlock pavers, sand etc., labour equipment such as cutting machine lift loading and unloading to work site cleaning bringing required for the succes final construction of work as per directed during execution.

MST Radar Building;Painting to existing old plastic emulsion painted walls with 1 coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

MST Radar Building;Providing painting for old teak wood joinery two coats using first class synthetic enamel paint of approved manufacture and desired shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials , brushes, sand papers, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work confirming to APSS and as directed during execution.

MST Radar Building;Removing the damaged flush Single door shutters and Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overalldensity of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame including aluminium aldrop of size 200mm, aluminium tower bollt of size 200mm & Stainless steel hinges of size 125mm etc.,as directed during execution.

MST Radar Building;Hiring of Back Hoe Loader for cleaning of scrub Jungle ,including cost and conveyance of all necessary like crew, fuel charges, hire & operational charges, complete as directed during Execution.

MST Radar Building;Providing Post Construction Anti termite control Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for post - construction Anti termite treatment of exisitng masonry walls and flooring using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including hole at 45 degrees and plugging with white cement ( internal walls & Flooring), Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for post construciton of Anti teramite treatment of external walls and below concrete approaching chemical emulsion @ 2.25 liter per linear meter including drilling holes and plugging with white cement ( External Walls), Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for post construciton of Anti teramite treatment at points of contact 0.5 woodwork by chemical emulsion 0.5l liter per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degrees at 150 mm center and sealing with white cement ( Door)
