Dadooing to walls with 1st quality red or white glazed full body ceramic wall tiles manufactured by IS approved firm of any size set over 12mm thick CM (1:3) base coat and neat grey cement slurry of Honey like consistency at the rate of 3.3 Kgs per sqmt. and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of tiles including cost & conveyance of all materials and water to work site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing mortar, fixing in position, including lift charges, curing including cutting the brick masonry walls and redoing the same such that the top surface of tiles is to be flushed with plastered surface etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS NO. 701 & 707) and as directed during execution.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick BRAND FACTORY MADE BOTHSIDE PRELAM SOLID PANEL PVC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of frame made out of MS. Tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 19mmX19mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. MS. Frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. MS. Frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded “Rajshri” Prelam Pac ‘C’ channel of size 30mm thickness, 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 450 angle on either side forming stiles; and 5mm thick, 95mm wide Rajshri Prelam Pac sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 450 on the inner side to form top and bottom rail 115mm wide Rajshri Prelam Pac sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rail shall be provided either side of the panel. 10mm (5mmX2) thick, 20mmwide cross Pac sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick both side Prelam Pac sheet to be fitted in the MS. Frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with 7mm(5mm+2mm) thick X 15mm wide Pac sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. an additional 5mm thick Pac strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ channel using Pac solvent cement adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer – in-charge, manufacture specification and drawing.(PVC Solid panel door with frame ) (0.91 x 2.14)

Flooring with high polished granite slabs 16mm to 18mm thick other than black set over base coat of cement mortor (1:8) 20mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat cement slury of honey like consistency spread at 3.3 kgs per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of maching shade to full depth inlcuding cost of all materials like cement, sand water, and tiles etc., complete including seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing half rounding the edges of Granite stone slabs of all thicknesses including polishing the same etc., complete as directed during execution.
