Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Plain Cement Concrete in (1:5:10) proportion nominal mix for foundations and under flooring bed using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite or Trap metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water, etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials and including all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete, ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing , etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS. No. 402.

VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, for columns.

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:4) prop. ( cement : sand ) using second class bricks of size 23 X 11 X 7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg / Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work for external walls . (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Reinforced Brick Masonary walls of 11.00cm in CM(1:4) using 2nd bricks having a crushing strength of not less than 35.00kg/cm2 and using two mild steel bars of 6m dia in every third layer of brick masory, with free joints of the main block work including and conveyance of all materials and water from approved sources to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding mixing mortor constructing masonary lift charges, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work as per SS 509 and as directed during execution. 1.00/0.11 = 9.09 Sqm ( excluding cost of steel )

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:4) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:2) with smooth finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for ceilings , beams , sunshades , RCC items etc.,

Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site and all other taxes on all materials, and operational, incidental charges and all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 904) for uneven faces of walls for external surfaces of brick walls

Painting to New walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint using Acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint with weather proof water - based modified acrylic with silicon additions exterior grade having VOC content less than 50 grames / litre of approved brand and shade over one coat of exterior grade cement primer ( total 3 coats ) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) below 36mm dia for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chains , space bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126) and as directed during execution.
