Improvements in Science block III of Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam Tirupati;Construction of Brick Masonry CM(1:4) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Improvements in Science block III of Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam Tirupati;Specification Clause: 1)Remove the existing finishes uo to the mother slab and debris disposal as per the instruction of department engineers. 2)Clean the surface up to receive a dust free sound surface(Mother slab). 3)Do the necessary core packing with MIXGROUT NS in the all inlet and outlet of the service lines. 4)Apply one coat of bonding slurry of MIXBOND AC @ 1.000 Litre/Sqm(Modified the MIXBOND AC with water and cement in the ratio of 2:1:3 - Two part of MIXBOND AC mixed with one part of water and three part of OP cement with the help of a slow speed mixing machine up receive a homogeneous slurry form. 5)Repair the mother slab with an even surface by the help of modified cement sand mortar 1:4 for an average thickness of 20mm to achieve an even surface including chamfer the horizontal corner for a diagonal length of 100 with same mortar as per the following. a)Mix the MIXBOND SBR Super @ 2Liter/Bag Cement in the ratio of 1:4 Mortar (Pre mix the admixture in the portable water for preparing the mortar) b)Add 100Gram PLASTFIBRE 3S in the above liquid and stirred well with a slow speed drill with paddle. c)Prepare the cement sand screed in the ratio of 1:4 with above prepared liquid for the suitable consistency. 6)Apply one coat of modified surface stabilizing cum penetrative primer MIXPRIME AC 100 @ 1.000 Liter/Sqm - modified the MIXPRIME AC 100 in the ratio of 2:1:3(MIXPRIME AC 100:Water:OP Cement) mix together with a slow speed mixing machine up to receive a homogeneous slurry in the floor and wall for a height of 60cm.
