Leveling of sericulture complex and laying of concrete road in Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalaya;Cement Concrete(1:4:8) using 40 mm ( 0.54 cu.m), 20mm (0.27 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Leveling of sericulture complex and laying of concrete road in Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalaya;Machine mixed and vibrated design mix concrete M30 for pavement works for durability consideration with necessary reinforcement using 0.425 cu.m of 19mm to 22mm HBG crushed metal 0.425 cu.m of 12mm to 14mm IRC HBG crushed metal, 0.406 cu.m of sand of any approved quarry and cement 415 Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.38 (158 lit/cu.m of C.C) well compacted including centering with steel or wooden frames, preferably steel frames in straight position casting, curing cost and conveyance of all materials including centering charges, form work etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and binding wire, fabrication charges etc., complete as directed during execution and neat finishing of top surface and also providing expansion joints, construction joints wherever found necessary excluding cost of asphalt pad etc., complete.

Leveling of sericulture complex and laying of concrete road in Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalaya;Providing and fixing M40 grade high density Cobble stone interlock pavers of 80 mm thick using 12mm& down size HBG crushed metal for manufacture of blocks - approved by the department and of approved size & shape of dumbell ,zigzag,I-block or any other shape approved by the department.,over sand bed of 50 mm average thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tone compaction force there by forcing part of sand undeneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as cobbel stone. inter lock pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing,bringing required for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Leveling of sericulture complex and laying of concrete road in Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalaya;Construction of Brick Masonry CM (1:6) 230mm thick using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Leveling of sericulture complex and laying of concrete road in Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalaya;Plastering in Cement mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions for External walls.

Leveling of sericulture complex and laying of concrete road in Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalaya;Painting with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Leveling of sericulture complex and laying of concrete road in Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalaya;Masonry work in CM (1:8) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., complete with a compresive strength not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls.
