Designing and developing Detailed structural and working Drawings for Steel structures upto all heights such as Sheds, Stagings etc., based on Railway's approved GADs and relevant IS codes & Specifications, duly designing all members, components, connections including foundation and submission of check prints duly getting proof-checked by Railway approved institutes, submitting for Railway's verification and approval, making corrections duly incorporating suggestions/ corrections in drawings/designs, further submission of original in transparent film paper and design calculations booklets getting final proof checked by Railway approved institutes and soft 03 copy for Railways approval etc. with contractor's technical expertise, instruments, labour, tools, plants, consumables, stationery, transportation, taxes and and repeatedly attending till final approval by Railways as per the special conditions, complete and as directed by Engineer in-charge. Note: 1) Only Weight of Structural Steel in 'Quintal" is considered for calculation of Quantity. 2) The contractor should submit designs of proposed steel structure as per approved General Arrangement Drawing for all components e.g., foundations, frames, roofing and wall panels and all other components and as per directions of Engineer -in-charge for verification and approval. 3) Soil exploration if required, is to be done to determine the type of foundation and payment for soil exploration and foundation work will be paid separately under relevant item if applicable.
