Supplying and fixing medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall as per the drawing approved by Electrical department and making good the same with all contractors men, material, tools, plant, taxes etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge - 25mm dia PVC Conduit

Developing Structural design and relevant drawings of required floors of any New/Existing buildings as per Railway approved plan, based on the Railways soil investigation report including providing Structural drawings duly proofing checking from any Engg. college both in hard and soft copies of size and numbers as required by Railways and as specified in special conditions duly obtaining approval from Railway Authorities as per IS codes including design of foundation, columns, slabs and beams, porticos, staircases and/or lift, kitchen, bathrooms, drainage/water supply, 2 balconies and any other components planned in the building complete with all contractor's labour, material, tools, plants, stationery, transportation, taxes etc and as per the instructions of Engineer-in- charge. Note: 1. The contractor has to submit design calculations sheets and draft drawing for approval on paper till such time it is finally approved by the competent authority. 2. Contractor has to submit final drawing in both soft and hard copies of size and numbers as specified after attending corrections, as approved by Railways. 3. The scope of the work is as defined in the special conditions. 4. The rate is for 1sqm of slab area of Ground Floor only. For every subsequent floors, 60% of the schedule rate is payable per sqm.

Developing Architectural Drawings for elevation of buildings and layouts for space planning as per approved Railways plans/drawings, furnishing specifications, designs for interior / exterior arrangements including colour scheme in the rooms and landscaping wherever required, for any New/Existing buildings including submission of Rate Analysis and Estimate for specialized items/NS items for approval of competent authority etc., as per IS codes complete and providing hard 3 copies and soft copies of drawings as required and specified in special conditions on tracing film/paper/CD/DVD with all contractor's labour, material, tools, plants, stationery, transportation, taxes etc and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. The contractor has to submit draft drawing for approval on paper till such time it is finally approved by the competent authority. 2. Contractor has to submit final drawings in colour film/paper in both soft and hard copies of size and numbers as specified, after attending corrections. 3. The scope of the work is as defined in the special conditions. 4. The rate is for 1sqm of elevation area of building. For land scaping of open area or interior design, 60% of the schedule rate is applicable per sqm.
