Supply, fixing and connecting of 2 pole 2 module 16A Lexic RCBOs conforming to is 12640 (part 2) or its latest amendments as advised by the site supervisor with all necessary accessories complete

Supply and fixing of ON Delay/Interval timer in above junction box of Supply Voltage - 20-240VAC, 50/60Hz Model - 800XU.

Supply and fixing of 3 Pole AC Power Contactor 25 Amp 1 NO 1NC AC 3 PH 415 V Coil Voltage 110 V AC Aux. in above junction box along with pilot lamps and push buttons.

Supply and Erection of LED of 24W LED Street light fitting as per latest CEE spec. The supply includes accessories such as clamps, ties extenstion wires etc for fixing conforming to IEC 60598-1 or its latest amendments.

Fabrication and erection of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel enclosure of suitable size for outdoor distribution Panel with IP 54 protection, plinth mounted with Double Door, including cutting, bending drilling, welding and revetting etc., complete with cleaning with 7 tank process and painting with EPOXY powder coating including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges. The MDBs shall be mounted on suitable required size of CC plinth (CC plinth cost will be paid separately)/ wall mounted and secured with bolts, nuts and washers as advised by Engineer at site. The panel comprising of 600A tinned Copper Bus Bar(RYB & N of same size) as per IS 613: 2000 or latest amendment required shape supported with appropriate DMC / SMC barriers and colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeves, LT 3 Phase Digital Multifunction energy meter with 3 lines LCD display for measuring all the parameters (Voltage/ Current/ Power/Frequency/power factor /kw/kwh/ kvar/kvarh) , Current T/Fs, indication lamps for incoming & outgoing feeders. support insulators, neutral links, Incoming & outgoing terminals, suitable cable termination glands, grommets, lugs, connecting wires and all other accessories suit with the following switchgear and accessories. Suitable busbars has to provided for the incomings of all the MCCB's from main bus bar. The cables should be properly 1 terminated in the switchgears with necessary lugs and all necessary accessories complete. The panel should conform to IS/IEC 61439 or its latest amendment in all respects. Excavation of cable trench duly breaking the existing cement concrete flooring and filling with layer of sand bricks etc.,as per the standards of cable laying (A minimum of 1mtr depth 68 and 400 mm width) and filling the trench with soil duly ramming etc.The flooring shall be made good with cement concrete as original by the contractor after completion of trenching work up to the satisfaction of the Engineer at Site.The exact route of the HT/LT cable is to be decided in consultation with Engineer in charge.

Excavation of cable trench of size 400mm x 1 mtr deep track X-ing/Road X-ing and making good of the same to its original form and shape completely including all connected materials and works. 71

Supply and provision of Power cable route indicators with all connected materials and works as per Drawing No.DEE/CN/BZA/2001/23.

Earthing arrangements as per standard specifications and drawing enclosed including 73 digging earth pit, electrode EARTH BOX with reinforced concrete complete with all other connected materials and works including connecting the earth electrode and aerial earthing according to IS 3043 and RDSO drawing ETI/OHE/P/7021 in other than substations.

Supply fixing and connecting of Cable Junction Boxes IP 55 / IP 65 with metric 74 knockouts for cable entry Cable junction boxes of model no. K 1204 of Hensel make or equivalent in sintex/legrand with necessary terminals suitable for cables upto 150 Sq mm and all necessary accessories complete.

Supply, running and termination of of 3 core 1 Sqmm Copper flexible cable with suitable copper lugs.
