Supply and wiring of Run of mains by 02 Nos., of 4.0 sq.mm size PVC insulated multi 13 strand copper conductor through 32mm(outer dia) HDPE Pipe of Grade PE-63, PN 6 (Kg/Cm2 Capacity) as per IS 4984-1995 or latest, complete with all connected accessories required as per site conditions along with 2.5sq.mm copper wire for earth continuity as per specification enclosed as desired by site engineer.

Supply, fixing and connecting of Industrial Socket and Plug of 63A 3P+N+E 415V, combined unit with interlocked switched socket with surface mounting box with IP 66 along with c- 28 curve 4pole, 10KA, 63A MCB with all accessories complete. The fixing arrangements of socket to wall/supporting structure, shall be made by 40x5mm size MS flat with suitable bolts and nuts including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminum paint as per the specification enclosed as advised by site engineer.

Supply, fixing and connecting of Industrial Socket and Plug of 32A 3P+N+E 415V, combined unit with interlocked switched socket with surface mounting box with IP 66 along with c- 29 curve 4pole, 10KA, 32A MCB with all accessories complete. The fixing arrangements of socket to wall/supporting structure, shall be made by 40x5mm size MS flat with suitable bolts and nuts including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint as per the specification enclosed as advised by site engineer.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of single phase 230V/24V LV transformer 30 24V DC output, not less than of 4.0 KVA capacity with fuse protection etc., with C-curve 40A 10KA DP MCB, and housed in MS cabinet IP 55 protection, made up of 16SWG sheet steel including painting with powder coating. The transformer shall be mounted with proper mounting arrangements to the supports of Cat-Walk RCC pillars as per the specification enclosed and as desired by site engineer.

Design, fabrication, transportation, supply, erection and commissioning of LT cubicle panel 500 A capacity 3phase and neutral 415V, 4 wire, free standing floor mounted, LT Panel made out of 16SWG CRCA sheet after SEVEN TANK PROCESS and painting with EPOXY powder coating. The panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN Copper busbar supported with DMC/SMC barriers and colour coded with Heat shrinkable sleeves. The metering shall be provided as specified. The panel shall have short circuit withstanding capacity of minimum 50KA. The insulation level of the panel shall withstand to 2.5KV (RMS) power frequency test and consist of the switch gear as mentioned below. The panel shall be mounted on channels including supply and fixing as per specification. The complete work has to be carried out by the contractor including masonry work. After execution, all the feeder cables 39 have to be connected to new panel with suitable cable glands as per the requirement of engineer at site.
