ROAD WORK // ROADS // Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 5 specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

ROAD WORK // Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. // With medium setting bitumen emulsion // On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm

ROAD WORK // Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with 7 mechanical broom. // 4 cm thick bitumastic sheet with hot bitumen of approved quality, using stonechippings (60% with 12.5 mm nominal size and 40% with 10 mm nominal size) @ 2.60 cum per 100 sqm and coarse sand @ 2.60 cum per 100 sqm of road surface and with bitumen @ 56 kg/cum of stone chippings and @ 128 kg/cum of sand over a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne etc. complete. (tack coat to be paid separately) : // With paving Asphalt grade VG - 10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt

ROAD WORK // SEAL COAT // Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine 8 aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

FINISHING // Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, 9 having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. // Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : // One or more coats on old work

FLOORING // CERAMIC GLAZED TILES // Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor 12 tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

FLOORING // VITRIFIED FLOOR TILES // Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% 13 and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. // Size of Tile 600x600 mm

WOOD AND P.V.C. WORK // GYPSUM BOARD PARTITIONS // Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile 14 with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness, frame will be mitred & Jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement, including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

WOOD AND P.V.C. WORK // GYPSUM BOARD PARTITIONS // Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mmx 1 mm, 15 painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. // Decorative finish (both side wood grained finish)

EARTH WORK // Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

CONCRETE WORK // CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) // Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : // 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

EARTH WORK // Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic 18 excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. // All kinds of soil

EARTH WORK // Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, 21 breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m : // All kinds of soil

Providing Rail Barricading with rails supplied by Railways with verticals provided at every 1.5m interval, height of barricade being up to 1.5m above ground / termination level and one or 1 more row of horizontal rail, duly cutting rails and drilling holes as required, assembling necessary accessories to required length, including earthwork excavation for foundation, fixing posts in cement concrete 1:3:6 base of size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m and one coat of red oxide painting of steel work.
