Supply and lying and connecting of service connections with 3 nos of 2.5Sqmm (2 5 phase and 1neutral) and 1 run of 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor(4 cables as a set ) tied to the structure with suitable cable ties with all necessary accessories complete.

Supply, lying of 20mm dia Flexible Electric Wire Cover PVC Conduit Corrugated Tube Pipe for service connections to protect/conceal the wiring arrangements.

Supply and laying of 32 mm dia 2 mm thick PVC pipe (ISI mark) concealed in roof slab and wall/fixed to any structure with all required accessories including labour charges etc. Makes: GoldMedal/GM/Sudhakar/Polyline/ Polycab.

Supply of Integrated 4'-20W LED (Indoor) tube light fitting surface mounted including power LEDs complete with all accessories and confirming to CEE/SC's latest Specification attached in tender.

Supply of surface mounted 4' - 40W LED light fitting batten type including power LEDs complete with all accessories and confirming to CEE/SC'S Specification attached in tender.

Fixing and connecting of LED tubulight fitting to any structure batten type including round blocks with nails/ screws/Ties(Without downrods or hanging rods) or any necessary accessories as advised by engineer incharge. .

Supply of 30W LED type weather proof street light fitting including power LED's complete with all accessories and confirming to CEE/SC's Specification as attached in tender

Supply of 50W LED type high bay weather proof Flood light fitting including power LEDs complete with all accessories and conforming to CEE/SC's specification as attached in tender.

Fixing, connecting and commissioing of above streetlight/light fitting on Tubular/Rail pole / wall/terrace with all necessary clamps to the structure with the provided GI pipe or to any structure as advised by engineer incharge.

Track crossing/ Road Crossing by horizontal boring method at culverts/track/pucca road based on RDSO report no BS-105.This also includes insertion of HDPE pipe of 110 mm/G.I Pipe of 100 mm in the bore drilled (Supply of HDPE pipe & GI pipe is not included)

Supply of HDPE pipe of 110mm(dia) size for grade PE 100 of 6kg/sq.Cm - to IS Specification IS- 4984-1995. The lenghts shall be as per the advise of site supervisor incharge.

Supply and fixing of 3" dia. "B" class GI pipe Confirming to IS 1239 Part -1 (2004) for cable supporting including couplers, clamps, bolts and nuts etc., complete. 17

Supply & Erection of cable markers in cable route.

Supply and erection of following sizes of HDPE pipe of Grade PE-100, PN 6 (Kg/Cm2 Capacity) as per IS 4984 - 1995 or latest, complete with all connected accessories required as per site conditions as per the specification enclosed.

Supply and Erection of cable Termination Jn.box made-up of thermoplastic suitable for termination of 25 / 35 / 50sq.mm cables with IP 55 / IP 65 protection the suitable clamping arrangements for fixing to pole or wall.

Supply and erection of Earth pit as Per specifciation RDSO Drg No.ETI/OHE/P/7021 Rev.A or latest. including Electrode, earthing enhancement materials etc. The earth pit shall comprise of following materials and shall be done as explained. (i) Excavation of earth for one pit in any soil and refilling(as per the Drg No. RDSO Drg No.ETI/OHE/P/7021 Rev.A or latest). (ii)Supply and erection of "B" Class GI pipe dia 50mm, 3.1 mtrs length including GI socket and nutsAs per RDSO Drg No.ETI/OHE/P/7021 Rev.A or latest.(iii) Drilling of 26 Nos of 12mm dia holes on GI pipe dia 50mm. (iv) 20 Supply and erection of Charcoal - 45 Kgs for each earth pit (v)Supply and erection of Salt -35 Kgs for each earth pit. (vi) Supply and erection of pre fabricated RCC of size 0.55m X 0.55M(550mm) with wall thickness of 0.125m(125mm) with height 0.3m (300mm) along with RCC(1:4:8) cover with .04m thickness(40mm) and funnel with iron mesh. As per RDSO Drg No.ETI/OHE/P/7021 Rev.A. (vii)Supply, laying and connecting of 8 SWG GI wire with 40GSM Zink coated, conforming to IS:280-2006 or latest, it is to be laid & connected from equipmet to earth electrode for continuity-per site condition. (viii) Transportation charges including loading & unloading of earthing system material to site/location. and complete erection including all connectections with all necessary accessories complete.

Excavation of cable trench in all types of soils except hard rock duly filling river sand in excavated trench before and after laying cable and laying of bricks in excavated trench .

Excavation of cable trench /earth pit complete duly digging/breaking hard concrete / Platforms/bitumen top / under the track / road etc.including refilling as per the specification enclosed.

Supply of FRP ladder type cable tray of size 310mmx80mmx3mm thickness including all accessories. The entire work has to be carried out as per the instruction and guidelines of Railway site Engineer.

Erection of FRP ladder type cable tray of size 310mmx80mmx3mm thickness along 24 with supply and fixing of clamping arrangements to cat walk at regular intervals by MS strip of size 40mmx5mm thick including powder coating. The entire work has to be carried out as the instructions and guidelines of Railway site Engineer.

Design, manufacture, supply, display, installation of wall / hanging / floor mounting 25 type LED illuminated sign / direction boards As per Specification of ministry of Railways (attached in tender). The signage shall have the integral mounting arrangements with sturdy structural frame and ACP cladding on the back side of the signage to avoid rusting and entry of dust. Suitable size end cap of 1.5 mm thick SS 304 should be provided.
