Excavation of cable trench in all types soil of size of size 400mm wide x 1 mtr. deep, and making 41 good of the same to its original form and shape after complete including all connected materials and works up to the satisfaction of the Engineer at Site. The exact route of the HT/LT cable is to be decided in consultation with Engineer in charge.

Excavation of cable trench duly breaking the existing cement concrete flooring and filling with layer of sand bricks etc., as per the standards of cable laying (A minimum of 1mtr depth and 400 mm width) and filling 42 the trench with soil duly ramming etc. The flooring shall be made good with cement concrete as original by the contractor after completion of trenching work up to the satisfaction of the Engineer at Site. The exact route of the HT/LT cable is to be decided in consultation with Engineer in charge.

Supply and Erection of SMC Junction Box of Size 700 x 480x 210 mm of Model No: Sintex GSJB 43 7450 or equivalent make (fixing should be required as per instruction of site supervisor). Suitable clamps for fixing (MS Clapms 02 Sets for each Box with necessary bolts and nuts as per site condition for GI channels/poles as per the directions of Site engineer.

Supply fixing and connecting of Cable Junction Boxes IP 55 / IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry Cable junction boxes of model no. K 9504 of Hensel make conforming to IS:13573/92,IEC 60947-3 with necessary terminals suitable for cables up to 50Sq mm and all necessary accessories complete.

Supply, Transportation, Erection & commissioning of 5mtr long hot dip galvanised Octagonal pole (IS 875) with 130mm bottom A/F & 70mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick HT sheet (S 355 JO steel plate for 45 shaft), along with base plate IS 2062 of size 200x200x12mm, M16x600 long J type EN8 grade foundation bolts, 1000mm long Single/Double arm bracket Including the Supply of Suitable bolts with Bakelite Sheet with MCB ( for mounting inside the base compartment of pole ) including RCC foundation & plinth in hard soil including excavation of soil, tamping of concrete, grounding and supply of other required materials and accessories complete.

Fabrication and erection of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel enclosure of suitable size for outdoor LT feeder pillar/Panel, wall/plinth mounted with Double Door, including cutting, bending drilling, welding and revetting etc, complete with cleaning with 7 tank process and painting with EPOXY powder coating including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges. The MDBs shall be mounted on suitable required size of CC plinth (CC plinth cost will be paid separately)/ wall mounted and secured with bolts, nuts and washers as advised by Engineer at site. The panel comprising of 320A tinned Copper Bus Bar(RYB & N of same size) required shape supported with appropriate DMC / SMC barriers and colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeves, LT 3 Phase Digital Multifunction energy meter with 3 lines LCD display for measuring all the parameters( Voltage/ Current/ Power/Frequency/power factor /kw/kwh/ kvar/kvarh) , Current T/Fs, RYB indication lamps. support insulators, 50 neutral links, Incoming & outgoing terminals, suitable cable termination glands , grommets, lugs, connecting wires and all other accessories suit with the following switchgear and accessories. The cables should be properly terminated in the switchgears with necessary lugs and all necessary accessories complete. The panel should comprise of the following Switchgear. 1.Supply and fixing of MTX1.0 Microprocessor release-200A MCCB, with 36 KA conform to IEC 60947-2 of Model No.CM92151OOOOX1 of L&T make or it's equivalent -1 no's. 2. Supply and erection of C curve DP MCBs of 32 /25/20A with all connected accessories.-15 no's. 3. Supply and fixing of C curve FP MCBs of 40 A with all connected accessories . -2 no's. 4. Supply and erection of LT 3 Phase Digital Multifunction energy meter with 3 lines LCD display for measuring all the parameters( Voltage/ Current/ Power/Frequency/power factor /kw/kwh/ kvar/kvarh) on existing box panel board including connections complete.-1 no's. 5. Supply and erection of LT current transformer with primary 100/5A to 1000/5A ratio in the existing panel including connections complete-4 no's. (Drawing approval to be taken prior to supply)
