Sqm Providing and applying tack coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cum Providing & laying compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II ) using 60/70 grade Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per Clause No.106, 108, 111, 112, 501, 503 , 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Unit - Cum Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone of Grade-II aggregate with batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 grade of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per Clause No.507 & Section 900 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cum Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I. value with sand admixture (moorum 75%,sand 25%) spreading in uniform layers with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved drawing and technical specifications and as per Section 900 and Clause 408 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - No. R.C.C. boundary stones (1:2:4) with washed shingles or hard stone chips 10cm x 10 cm and 1.2 mtr high fitted and fixed etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

No Providing and fixing 15cm dia and 1.00 mtr long guard post of cement concrete (1:2:4) with hard granite chips including cost of steel reinforcement for finished item of work including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - No. Providing and fixing pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) kilometre stone as per I.R.C. design including finished smooth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

No Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of Class-B Type-IV recto reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick alumunium sheeting , 3mm/4mm thick alumunium composite material sheet depending on the size of sign vide Clause No. 801.3 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3 mm angle mounted on a mild steel cicular pipe 65 NB, 3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cm x 60 cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
