Plastering 12 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for Internal & Even faces of Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904) for:-Plastering 2/c in CM (1:4) & (1:6): 12 mm

Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundation levelling courses and below flooring beds using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite metal upto Plinth level from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for mixing, laying concrete in foundations ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402) for:-Machine Mix-PCC (1:5:10) NOMINAL MIX

Supply of MS Angle 7 feet - 4 nos for M.S. Racks including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & Fixing of Powder Coated Fire Rated doors, frames & shutters made of Skin pass galvanized Iron sheet conforming to Base Steel as per IS 513 “D” Quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Hot Zinc Coating of 120 grams / Sq.Mtr with powder coating of thickness 60-65 Microns, frame with 1.2mm thick Skin pass Galvanized Iron sheet formed to double rebate profile of size 143 mm X 58 mm with maximum bending radius of 1.4 mm and filled with in-fill Polyurethane foam, the Door Shutters are with 0.80 mm thick Skin pass Galvanized Iron Sheet formed to provide a 46 mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell with Lock Seam joints at stile edges, fitted with in-fill of Honeycomb Kraft Paper and coated with polyester powders of Pure polyester/ epoxy polyester or polyurethane powder for powder coating of thickness 60 – 65 microns and are coated with Zinc Phosphate Primer to receive any paint on site or finished with Thermosetting Polyurethane paint of Aliphatic Grade providing high levels of scratch resistance and durability, the Shutter provided with 6 MM clear float vision glass in Circular, Square or Rectangular shapes, Stainless Steel Ball Bearing Butt Hinges 3 mm thick fixed flush to the frame and shutter (Profile 102x76x3mm thick).Mortise Sash Lock with Lever Handles, Mortise Dead Bolt, etc for 60 minutes Fire Rated door conforming to IS:3614 (Part2) 1992

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar(1:8) prop (Cement:sand) using Bricks second class or ground moulded (Non-Modular or traditional size) 23 x 11 x 7 cm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost on all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 504. for:-Brick Masonry in CM 1:8 (Country)

Providing and laying cinder concrete in cement cinder mix (1:15) prop. using 12.5 mm nominal size cinder laid in layers and compacted as directed for filling sunken floors including cost and conveyance of all materials, water to work site, and all operational, incidental, labour charges, such as mixing cement & cinder etc. complete for finished item of work.

Supply of MS Plates size 3'0" x 15" - 5 Nos for M.S. Racks including cost and conveyance of all materials including MS Bolts & Nuts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the departmental officers.
