Providing BT Patchwork using 40mm HBG MC metal with 42 Kgs of Bulk Bitumen 80/100 grade and 0.13cum of 9.5 to 11.2mm HBG m/c chips as key chips / 1 cum of metal including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for cutting the potholes to rectangular shape, cleaning, heating bitumen, applying tack coat with hot bitumen, carrying and spreading stone ballast by hand, compacting with 8 to 10 Tonnes Road Roller, spreading bitumen to the required consistency, including fuel charges for heating bitumen and hire and incidental charges of bitumen boiler etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing BT patch work to the specified thickness as directed by the department using 9.5 mm to 11.2 mm size IRC gauge HBG M/C key chips using 72 kgs of 80/100 grade bitumen for 1 cum of chips and 0.15 cum of stone dust cutting the existing pot holes to rectangular shape with vertical sides or as directed by the department, removal loose aggregate, brushing cleaning and dusting the existing road surface, heating and spraying bitumen for tack coat as directed by the department, pre-mixing bitumen and metal, spreading the premix in flush with the riding surface, hand packing sectioning to proper camber, tamping with heavy rammers, laying bitumen to the top surface as directed by the department etc. complete including cost and conveyance of metal, Bitumen and all labour charges, hire and operational charges of boiler and other small T&P cost of firewood, kerosine and other incidental charges etc., complete for B.T.patch work.
