Repairs to Brick masonry for superstructure in cm (1:8) using 2nd class brickes having crushing strengh of not less than 35 kgs sqm .cm including costand conveyance of all material like cement ,sand ,bricks ,water, ,etc,to site excluding seigniorage charges sales &other taxes on all materials all opertional incidenal charges like

Roofing with A.C. Sheet Corrugated asbestos cement sheets with GI 'U' (or) 'J' bolts & nuts, GI plain washers and all labour charges for fixing AC sheet etc., complete for finished item of work.s .

Painting to new wood work with two coats of ready mixed first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade over a primary coat ( Wood primer) making three coats in all including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site cost of primer coat brushes, and all operational incidental an dlabour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 1207 & 1212.
