Supply and fixing of pre cast RCC Racks (1:1:2) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 6mm HGG chips, cement and sand for cupboard racks and platforms as per the approved design including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including cost of centering charges and shuttering machine mixing, laying concrete in position, curing etc., & lift charges for finished item of work. Flooring with Polished Bethamcherla pure (marble type) white stone minimum of 25 mm thick (0.254M x 0.254M) set over a base coat of CM (1:8), 12mm thick (joints of stone must be flushed) over C.C. bed already laid or R.C.C. roof slab only after it is properly cured, cleaned, moistered and where necessary treated with neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spred at 3.3 kgs of cement for 1 sqm. and jointed with neat cement paste to full depth, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, flooring stones etc. to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as dressing of flooring stones to the required sizes, mixing of cement mortar, laying, jointing, curing, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work.(APSS No.703 & 701)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows / Ventilators comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket,G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profileof frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5%tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted. But, no extra payment on this account shall be made. Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm)

Supply and fixing of Ashirvad/ Ajay/ Astral Flowguard or equivalent CPVC Pipes and Fittings SDR 11 to meet the requirement of ASTM-D 2846 and are produced in CTS (Copper Tube Sizes 1/2" to 2") for hot and cold water (IS 15778:2007) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for fixing, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work at all floor levels. 25.00 mm for 22.20mm dia PVC Pipe.
