Consultancy Services for preparation of detailed Project Report for Construction of New 2 lane Majo;DPR preparation For Highway including Realignment , CD Works and Minor Bridges includes following components:- Methodology :- Engineering survey and investigations, Design of road ,pavements and structures , Estimation of project cost,Preparation of Plan and Profile viability and financing options , Compiling Project report etc. Quality Assurance plan:- Engineering surveys and Investigation, Traffic surveys , Material geo-technical and sub-soil investigations,Road and pavement investigations ,Investigation and design of Culverts and Minor Bridges, Economic and financial analysis,Drawing and documentation.Quality Assurance plan:- Engineering surveys and Investigation, Traffic surveys , Material geo-technical and sub-soil investigations,Road and pavement investigations ,Investigation and design of Culverts and Minor Bridges, Economic and financial analysis,Drawing and documentation.Design Standards:- Geometric design standards of highway (Plain), Geometric design standards of highway (Hilly).Traffic Surveys and Analysis:- Classified traffic volume counts for Traffic Survey, Current and Projected PCU ,Origin destination surveys as per IRC: 102 ,Road Inventory Survey as per IRC:SP:19,Pavement composition and condition survey as per IRC:SP:19 ,Condition survey for bridges, culverts and structures,Geo-technical and sub-soil explorations as per IRC:78 , Hydraulic and Hydrological Survey,Materials Survey.Land Clearances:- Assistance to Authority to finalise the Utility Relocation plans (Electricity, water, Railway) ,Assistance to Authority to finalise the Issues of RoW and Land Acquisition and submission of LA Plans and schematic diagrams ,Land Plan schedules etc.,Cost Estimates including BOQ , Cost Estimate and Personal appearance and assistance for approval of DPR at MoRT&H, New Delhi as directed by the Departmental officers. Consultancy Services for preparation of detailed Project Report for Construction of New 2 lane Majo;Conducting DGPS survey in Forest area along the road of as per the guide lines of Forest Department and (R&B) Department including setting out points at where ever necessary taking GTS bench marks, taking co-ordinates, taking levels and fixing profile,conducting detailed survey with all ground features, errecting permanent pillers at every 100 mts intervals and submitting the reports both hard and soft copies in qudriplicate etc.complete for finished items of work as per the instructions of the departmental officers in charge of the work.
