Removing white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/or scraping; sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete

Painting to Old walls with acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter.of approved brand and shade making 2 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls for All Floors

Painting to old walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls

Painting with Synthetic Enamel Paint two coats for old wood work of approved brand and shade , making two coats in all to give an even sahde after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational , incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 1207 & 1212 .

Providing & fixing 30 mm thick solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of 19 guage M.S tube of 19 x 19 mm for stiles, top & bottom rail, with a coat of primer of approved make. M.S. Frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC “C” channel of size of 30 x 50 mm forming stiles, 5 mm thick 75 mm wide PVC sheet for top, lock & bottom rail on either side 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top & bottom rail, panelling of 10mm(+/-)( 5mm+5mm)” thick PVC sheet fitted in the M.S. frame welded /sealed to the stiles, on either side joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width stuck on the interior side of the C channel using solvent cement, complete as per direction of Engineer–in–charge, manufacturers specification.

Supply and fixing of Door shutter with shutter frame and Infill panel made from PVC material conforming to IS: 10151:1982. The shutter frame is made out of PVC extruded sections having overall dimensions of 100mm X 30mm, with two self extruded grooves at 40mm & 50mm on front surface. The Infill panel is made out of multi chambered seamless hollow PVC extruded panel having overall dimensions of 610 mm X 20 mm. The shutter frame shall be meter cut and joined at corners by means of plastic brackets.
