Road work;Preparation of land plans on the propopsed alignment for the purpose of land acquisition for the formation of new bye-pass road duly collecting FMBs from Revenue authorities and locating the fields on the ground and peg marking at the crossing sub boundaries where ever required including cost and conveyance of all materials and marking reference pillars wher ever required using triangulation method, compass and cross staffs and chains including preparation of land plan schedules for not more than 10 copies, including attending for inspection with revenu authorities whenever required and as directed by the departmental officers during execution etc., complete.

Road work;Takingup technical and feasibility study for formation of road consisting (a) Reconnaissance survey (b) Preliminary survey © Determination of alignment and (d) Final location survey as enumerated in para 5.2.1 of IRC sp.48-1998: including jugnle clearance for minimum of 19 mts of ROW and upto maximum of 30 Mts where required pegging at 20-25mtrs intervels on the route selected on the basis of reconnaissance and marked on the topo sheet of scale 1:50000 conducting contour survey with the held pff total stations , GPS and other necessary instruments duly establishing permanent bench marks at frequent intervels connected to GTS to reach necessary control point as shown topo sheet taking levels at 10.00 mtrs in longitudinal direction and cross sections at the LS point with intervel of 5m in the entire right of way and also if necessary at closure intervels and plotting inauto CAD etc., complete as directed by the department.

Road work;Preparation of maps to a horizantal scale of 1:1000 and vertical scale of 1:1000 (For stretches of difficult locations etc plans should be prepared to larger scale). Plotting in Auto CAD and printing of various cross sectional drawings in A4 size of paper and finalizing the road alignment with curve details and furnishing details area/volumes of cutting and filling at the cross sections, design of road/CD works for entire length submitting drawings plans detailed designs bill of quantities and other drawings , working leads etc., as required by the department including all labour men and material and other accessories etc., complete as directed by the department (Payment is recommended after approval of the road aligment only).
