9.5.1.1Q Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows, and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S.pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately , all complete - Vegesa / Bandaru wood - 35 mm thick shutters.

9.7.1Q Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors , windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick - Vegesa / Bandaru wood.

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

17.7.4 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps , 32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required - white vitreous china flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

9.120.1 Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S.frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top , bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10mm (5 mm x 2) thick , 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm + 2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side , and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C" Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete manufacturer's specification & drawing - 30mm thick plain PVC door shutters.

16.63 Providing wall black board with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finishing with a floating coat of neat cement and charcoal powder mixed in the proportion 1:2 (1 cement : 2 charcoal powder) and applying one coat of black board paint including 20 mm thick cement plaster band 50 mm wide in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand).

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 0 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.,

13.16.1 6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

18.9.2 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete - external work - 20mm nominal outer dia pipes.

11.36 Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make ,in all colours , shades except burgundy , bottle green , black of any size as approved in skirting , risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with Grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete .

5.12 Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering,shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

11.3.1 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

13.46.1 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm.

NON-PSR Cleaning the reinforcement bars including dismantling the damaged concrete and all dust, including removing all loose scale and corrosion deposits by wire brush and necessary tools and plants including applying a coat of mixture resin and the epoxy hardener (anticorrosive zinc coating) over a cost of Nitozinc primer in the prepared area and reinforcement.

NON-PSR Applying two coats of DEK GUARD’S aliphatic acrylate compound over a coat of primer of required colour and shade as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

NON-PSR Providing polimer grano concrete to an average thickness of 50mm mixed with concrete bonding agent additif Nitobond SBR in the proportion of 2-3 liters per bag of cement and graded stone aggregate 10mm and below as per manufacturer specification.
