Providing and Laying of Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) prop. Using 20mm nominal size machine crushed hand broken granite metal as per S.S 108 machine mixing , laid in position in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including cost and conveyance of all meterials, seignorage, sales tax, royalties, and labour charges such as mixing concrete, laying tamping, curing all operational, incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer- in -Charge of the work

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., completeand as directed by the Engineer- in -Charge of the work

Plastering to external walls in 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in C.M. (1:6) and topcoat of 4mm thick in C.M (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, Sand,. Water, etc., to site cost of on all materials, , all operational, incidental charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer- in -Charge of the work.
