Construction of Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTC) on pipeline with 1/2" service connection with supply & fixing of PP Clamp Saddle manufactured by injection moulding (virgin resin of PE-80/PE-100 having blue /black colour using food grade compound raw material with quality assurance cerificate for usage in drinking water system and having working pressure of 10 bar with 1/2" service connection) and supply and fixing of required materials such as Non-return cum flow control valve (with all three parts made by using solid steel bars of 316, wth CNC machine make and of 15mm dia designed for 5 LPM discharge @ 0.50 bar pressure loss, not exceeding the flow of 7 LPM at 1 bar pressure and working on float principle as per CPHEO manual), compression fittings (ISO:17885-2015, PN 16 rating and manufactured from virgin resin of PE-80 having blue colour. Drilling of Bore hole to a finished dia of 350 mm hole (for insertion of 110/140/160/180/200mm PVC Pipe /175/200mm PVC Blue casing pipe) by Rotary drilling rig in all formations suitable for Rotary drilling such as alluvium, Loamy, clayey, sandy, burried channels, highly disturbed and bouldary zones high sheared and fractured zones followed by jointed to massive soft, medium rock, all formations typical and suitable for rotary drilling etc. including insertion of casing pipe , couplings, cap, plug fixation, and including filling the peripheral gap with rebullied pebbled gravel packing, bore development, conducting yield test, and all other required in the fixation of pipes assembly etc. but excluding the cost of casing pipe, couplings, dummys, clamps etc., as recommended by the departmental Geologist. The bore should be developed with compressor air until clear water free from sand and other materials continuously discharged. The size of gravel used for gravel packing should be as per ISI specification used for rotary tube well pebbled gravel packing should be carried out in such a way that the theoritical quantity consumed completely. Drilling of Bore well 350/450mm dia for insertion of pipe dia of 160/175/200 mm. but excluding GST but including overheads and contractor's profit @ 13.615% .

All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix. 2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION. 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including bottom of roof. 4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections including cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 200 KMPH and SBC 10 T/sqm. Fixtures include: a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 m wide. b) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200 KL. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthling etc., d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. e) D.I Manholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (light duty) - 2 Nos. f)Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float of approved pattern-1 No. g) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20m. i) D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. j) Bed Blocks of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in CC M15 Mix below all the duck foot bends. k) The rates are exclusive of DI verticals for all inlet, out let, overflow and scour connections (as per estimate diameters) and D.I valves. All valves near inlet, out let and for scour shall be D.I valves of heavy duty conforming to the specification of SoR item No.30 SBC@ 15 T/Sqm
