'Construction of 20 KL capacity OHSR of 12.45 mts staging with M30 grade design mix at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SOR . The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges and all taxes, duties and levies, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615% 1). All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix. 2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including bottom of roof. 4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections including cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 200 KMPH . Fixtures include : a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 m wide. b) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200 KL. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthling etc.,d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. e) D.I Manholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (light duty) - 2 Nos. f)Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float of approved pattern-1 No. g) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20m. i) D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. j). Bed Blocks of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in CC M15 Mix below all the duck foot bends k) The rates are inclusive of CI verticals for all inlet, out let, overflow and scour connections( as per estimate diameters) and D.I valves. All valves near inlet, out let and for scour shall be D.I valves of heavy duty conforming to the specification of SoR item No.30

Construction of pipelines for water supply with 110mm dia, 6 Kg/Cm2 HDPE PE-100 grade pipes as per IS Specifications, with its latest amendments and revisions thereon, including supplying of pipes, necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc., lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, trench excavation 1/3 manual and 2/3 machinery for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified in Technical specifications (Part-B,Volume-I) and as per drawing (as per standard drawings). The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, but excluding GST and seignourage charges but including Overheads and Contractor's profit @ 13.615% Trench Size (0.7 x 1.00mtrs) including MA 20% for Pumping main
