Construction of 20000 Lts Capacity OHSR with 12.45 m staging with raft foundation plastering with CM(1:3) , 3 coats of epoxy paint to inner surface of the reservoir including roof dome and 2 coats of Weather proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering as per Dept Direction, S/F of the CI D/F Pipes verticals, vlaves, Execution as per Design and drawigns supplied by the Dept., including the cost and conveyance of the all materials , Bends , Specials Etc complete including the following.- M30 Grade Concrete b)D.I man hole covers with frame of size 0.60 X 0.60 mts -2 Nos (light duty) c) DI Swan Neck ventilators shall be provided in Top dome/slab with flyproof mesh d)RCC Phinial with copper or Stainless stell flyproof mesh e)RCC or Aluminium ladder inside of 0.60 mts width f)RCC spiral stair case with handrailing upto 200klfor above 200kl capacity Doglegged staircase with flight width of 1mt and landing of 1.2mts and SS Handrailing upto 1mt edogleggedstair case shall beenclosed with brick /CRS wall on three sides and front side withM.S collapsible gate upto 1st brace level from ground level to prevent unauthorized entry.g)Waterlevel indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float approved pattern - 1 No. h)Lightening arrestor of approved pattern 1 No complete including conductor earthing J) Railling with Stainless Steel of grade 304 in two rows around OHSR fixed in RCC (1:2:4) of post of size 100x75x75mm with 1.5m m itervals around the pheriphary on top of OHSR

Supply and delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves)(PN-1.6 MPa) with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The Valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns)- RAL 5005 with Pocket Less Straight through body Passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 excluding all taxes, duties , completed including supply of Sluice valve ,DI Specials to suit the pressure class of pipe, fixing with all fixtures and construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC manhole cover with locking arrangements etc.complete for finished item of work but excluding GST.
