DRINKING WATER SUPPLY;Construction of Function Hold Tap Connections (FHTC) with supply & fixing of PP Clamp Saddle manufactured by injection moulding (virgin resin of PE-80/PE-100 having blue /black colour using food grade compound raw material with quality assurance cerificate for usage in drinking water system and having working pressure of 10 bar for 65 to 180mm dia main with 1/2" service connection) and supply and fixing of required materials such as Non-return cum flow control valve (with all three parts made by using solid steel bars of 316, wth CNC machine make and of 15mm dia designed for 5 LPM discharge @ 0.50 bar pressure loss, not exceeding the flow of 7 LPM at 1 bar pressure and working on float principle as per CPHEO manual), compression fittings (ISO:17885-2015, PN 16 rating and manufactured from virgin resin of PE-80/PE100 having blue colour. Raw material must be as per BS:6920 for effect on water quality, should have moulded in SS 304/Nickel plated brass female threded outlet inserted to connection necessary fitting with threaded dimension conforming to IS 554/1507 which are Compression male/female threaded adaptor (with SS insert D20 mmx 1/2"), Compression male/female threaded elbow (with SS insert D20 mmx 1/2")), including supply, delivery and fixing of 15mm dia B class GI pipe as per IS1239 with necessay GI fittings including 20mm dia HDPE pipe 16.0 Kg/cm2 pipes, earth work of trench excavation up to 0.50m depth), and 12.7mm dia Brass Bib cock long body Indian make heavy duty excluding GST and Seigniorge charges, including contractor' profit & overheads @ 13.615%.

DRINKING WATER SUPPLY;Manufacture, supply and delivery of DI D/F Gate Valves (Sluice) Non-Rising stem conforming to IS 14846/2000 with amendments No. 1&2 heavy duty with CI grade FG 260 as per IS:210. Two coats of primer suitable for EPOXY PAINTS finish shall be applied to all metal surface and finally two coats of Epoxy Paint. The valves shall be tested for (closed end test) against Hydrostatic test requirement. The rates are excluding transportation. Central Exise duty and sale tax etc., including the cost for enclosed Super gear arrangement with trust bearing for easy operation. DRINKING WATER SUPPLY;Cutting road surface including stacking of excavated materials for pipe line trench work, Cut opening of Cement Concrete road surface with concrete saw cutter and removal with breaker etc., including all charges compete, including overheads and contractor's profit @ 13.615% but excluding GST and seignourage charges

DRINKING WATER SUPPLY;PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, complete for restoration(after deducting 50 mm pipe dia) of Cement Concrete road cutting, including overheads and contractor's profit @ 13.615 %, but excluding GST and seignourage charges

DRINKING WATER SUPPLY;Construction of 20 KL capacity OHSR of 9.40 mts staging at Village with M30 grade design mix at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SOR 2021-22. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges and all taxes, duties and levies, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615%.

DRINKING WATER SUPPLY;Manufacture, supply and delivery of cast iron pipes and fittings (spls.) confirming to i.s.No.7181/1986, 5531/1988, 3950/ 1979 and CID joints confirming to i.s.no.8794/1988 at site of work anywhere in A.P.including loading, unloading, transportation to site of work stacking at site transit risk and package, excluding taxes etc., complete.
