Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M7.5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed (APSS No. 402)

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M15 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:2.5:5) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm,20mm and 10mm size HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Head walls of pipe culverts & footings of slab culverts & side walls of drain (APSS No. 402)

Construction of un-rainforsed,dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only,plain concreet pavement, thickness as per design,over a prepared sub base with 43grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 Grade coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS : 383,Maximum in a concreet mixer of not less than 0.20cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick palythin flim wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with sholvels rakes compacted using needle scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of construction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer sealant dowel bars near approaches to bridge culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curing of concreet slabs for 14 days curing compound and water finished to lines and grade as per drawing and techinical specification clause 1501 Mord

Collection, Supply and Spreding of material aggregates of 66% of 9.5 mm to 4.75 mm Size and 34% of below 2.36 mm chips, including cost, conveyance, seigniorage and 2 labour charges and stacking to Departmental guage for pre measurements as per MORD standards for Granular Sub Base as per Technical Specification clause 401 MORD & as per Table 400.1

Fixing of Channels levelling the concrete with beam vibrator vacume dewatering power trowelling to finish as per the direction of Engineer In charges rate inclusive of labour charges all complete for finished item of work.

Construction of Sawn Joint Grove(Using Diamond Studded blades) 3 to 5 mm wide and 1/4 to |1/3 depth of the slab (+) or (-) 5mm or as stibulated in the drawings and dowel bars complying with clauses 602 6.5 of specifications for road and bridge works( third revision) published new Delhi in 1995 by IRC on behalf of Govt. of India, Ministry of Surface Transport as directed in the drawings. the construction joint shall be cut as soon as the concrete as umdergone initial hardening and as hard poured Bitumen type having flexibility, resistance to age hardening and durability of the sealent hall be-in accordance with BS-5212(part-2) with all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Filling by providing Carted earth having MDD not less than 1.85g/cc with LL & PI not exceeding 40% and 20% respectively and and spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface and compacted to OMC with Vibratory roller of 80 to 100kN capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per IRC technical specification clause 303 MoRD 305, MoRT&H by using machinery including all over heads, and Contractors profit, but excluding GST and seigniorage charges etc, complete for finished item of work.
