Ornamental Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site,all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, finishing, curing, etc., complete for Even Surfaces of Wall for finished item of work. (APSS 901,903 & 904)

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking useful materials for re-use and disposal of unserviceable materials with 100m lead as directed by Executive Engineer duly taking actual premeasurements before dismantling including all labour charges , overheads & contractor profit etc., complete for Clean removal of cement plaster from terraced roof and raking out joints 100 mm deep

Providing impervious coat over RCC roof slab to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1Kg/bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, laying, rounding off at junctions of wall and slab, rendering smooth with thread lining, curing, lift charges, etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 903).

Supply and Fixing MS Doors/Gate/Grill including Labour Charges for fixing complete including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales and other taxes, all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Painting to New Iron work with two coats of ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade - I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter over an existing steel primer including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 1201, 1207 & 1212).in All Floors

Removing white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/or scraping; sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete

Painting to walls with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for internal walls

Painting to walls with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer of exterior grade-2 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls.

Supplying & fixing Ashirvad/Astral flow guard for equivalent CPVC Pipes with fittings in ground or on wall including cost of tees, elbows, bends, reducers, couplings, running joints, union flanges, unions etc. with necessary excavation in all types of soils except rock requiring blasting, refilling, chiselling masonry walls and making good the walls & floors to the original surface and fixing MS clamps on TW blocks on walls including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing NP bib taps of size 12.70mm dia of Indian make Seiko or equivalent including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyetheylene water storage tank with double layer approved brand and manufacture with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet and outlets and over flow pipes but without fittings and base support for tanks including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for placing and fixing in position as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M20(Grade), course and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 with 60% of 20mm and 40% of 12mm size of course agregate not exceeding 20mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints and construction joint, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1501

Supply and Filling of Selected Earth for Side burms to CC Pavement including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., as per technical specifications .
