Scarifying the exising bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification cluase 301.4 MORD including contractor profit & over head charges

Construction of granular sub base using graded metal chips 9.5mm-4.75mm-66%, and 10mm-34% by providing in uniform layers withmotor on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with static roller 80-100 KN capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specificaion clause 402 MORD including contractor profit & overhead charges

Const., of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2. M30 grade Nominal mix, course and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383 maximum in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mixed design, laid in approved fixed size from work (stell channel, laying and fixing of 125 micro tone thick polythine film, wedges, stell plates including leveling the form work as for drawing), Spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scared and plate vibrators and finished in countines operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per technical specifications.(with out Dowel bars)including Over Head Charges, Contractor Profit.
