Supply and delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent as per IS:1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. Construction of 20 KL capacity OHSR of 9.40 mts staging with M30 grade design mix at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SOR .
