Construction of Circular 40,000Lts Capacity 12.90mts Staging, M30 Grade design mix and FE 500D Steel at the sited selected by the Department for VRCC Elevated Service Reservoir with VRCC Roof at having inside diameter of 5.00mts and 2.40mts Sidewall depth, the dead storage being 0.15mts, above bottom ring girder top with Single compartment and capable of holding 40,000 Lts and with standing a wind pressure of 185.21Kg per sqm. Rates shall be inclusive of 3 Coats of epoxy paint to inner surface of the reservoir including roof slab, 2 Coats of weather proof emulsion painting over primary coat for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures such as pipes, bends, valves etc. for pipe connections as per departmental designs and tentative drawings enclosed and the following fixtures are also inclusive and testing OHSR for water tightness as per standard proceedure. (1) The structure is VRCC M30 Grade Concrete (for all members), (2) 2 Coats of weather proof emulsion painting over primary coat for external surfaces, (3) Lettering as directed by the Department on front side of OHSR Container, (4) Fixing of Pipes, bends, valves etc. for pipe connections of Inlet, Outlet, Overflow & Scour connections including cost of pipes, bends, valves, jointing materials (5) RCC/Aluminium Ladder - 0.60mts wide inside reservoir, (6) RCC Spiral Staircase on outside reservoir as directed by the Department, (7) Ligtening arrestor including copper conductor and standard earthing as per APDSS, (8) Water level indicator with enobite/copper float of approved pattern - 1No, (9) RCC Phenial ventilator with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh, (10) DI Manhole frame & cover of 0.60x0.60mts (Light duty) - 2Nos of ISI Make, (11) Hand Railing with 32mm dia 304 grade stainless steel pipe arround OHSR in RCC(1:2:4) to a height of 1.20Mts for RCC Spiral staircase, gallery along periphery on top of OHSR, (12) DI Swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top slab, i(13) Bed Blocks of 0.45x0.45x0.30mts in CC M15 Mix below all the Duck Foot Bends and the rates are inclusive of DI Verticals for all Inlet, Outlet, Overflow and Scour connections (as per Estimate diameters) and DI Valves, All valves near Inlet, Out let and for Scour shall be DI Valves of heavy duty conforming to the specification including cost and conveyance of all materials, centring, curring and labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work but excluding GST Charges with Over heads and Contractors profit @ 13.615% asper drawings approved by the department.

Construction of Pipeline for water supply with HDPE (PE-100) grade pipes as per IS 4985-1988 with its amendments and revisions there on including supply of pipes, specials as per requirements, trench excavation for pipelines in all soils except rock required blasting by 2/3 machinery and 1/3 manually and depositing on bank with an initial lead and lift in all soils for pipeline trench of size 0.70x1.00 mts including setting out, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50M, dressing of sides and bottom, lowering, laying and jointing of 75mm dia HDPE 6Kg/Cm2 Pipe pipelines true to alignment and gradient and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rock soils) with watering and removing surplus earth from the site of work and filling pipeline with water and testing etc., complete, the rates inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work but excluding GST charges etc.complete with Over Heads & Contractors Profit @ 13.615%.

Supply & Delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valve (Sluice Valves) with body and bonnet of Ductile Iron Grade GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS:1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O rung protection system on the shaft and seals of NBR. The Valve should be Vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS:5163 Type A / IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns) - RAL 5005 with Pocket less straight through body passage confirming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 excluding all taxes, duties including Supply of Sluice Valve, CI Pipes & Specials as per requirement etc.complete for finished item of work as specified in Technical Specifications (Part-B, Volume-I) but excluding GST and other taxes including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges with Over heads and Contractor profit @ 13.615% for 80mm dia DI Sluice Valve on 90mm dia HDPE Line
