RWS S;Providing 75 mm dia, 6Kg/Cm2 HDPE PE-100 grade pipes as per IS Specifications, with its latest amendments and revisions thereon, including supplying of pipes, necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc., lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, trench excavation of 0.70 x 1.00 mts . Earth work exvacation in all soils upto SDR using 2/3rd machinery and 1/3rd manual for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified in Technical specifications (Part-B-Volume-I) and as per drawing (Part C-Volume-1). The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work , including Overheads and contractors profit @ 13.615% and excluding GST.

RWS S;Supply and fixing of House service connections (PP Saddle) PP Clam saddles - PP clamp Saddles shall be manufactured by injection moulding using virgin polypropylene. Mechanical tapping saddles for water works purposes and designed for use with PVC / PE pipe as per IS4985/IS 4984 respectively. These saddles should be contoured to fit around the pipe. PP saddles shall be Blue / Black moulded in with Nickle plated Brass / SS 304 metal female threaded outlets. Seal shall be thermo plasticelastomer rubber suitable for drinking water and nut-bolt-washer with SS. The PP Clampsaddle fittings shall be moulded with SS 304/Nickle plated Brass female threaded outlet inserted to connect necessary fittings. Thread dimension shall confirm to IS-554 / ISO-7. Adequate thickness of PP shall be provided to hold brass insert in place and avoid leakage while pressure aaplications. Fasteners shall be threaded type, with SS. Fasteners of sie 125 mm and above. The arade of raw material used must be certified by WRAS, UK for typetest as per BS 6920 from their certified laboratories like NSF International Ltd. UK and certificate of compliance to be produced for the follwoing parameters: i) Odour & Flavour of water, ii) Appearance of water, iii) Growth of Micro Organism, iv) Extaction of substances that may be of concern to public health (Cyto toxicity), v) Extraction of metals (as per SoR 21-22) excluding GST
