Providing drinking water pipeline to District Police center near Thandemvalasa in Srikakulam mandal;Earth Work excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10 meters and lift of 2.00 meters in all types of soils except hard rock requiring blasting for pipeline of trench size 0.70X1.00 mts and lowering and laying of H.D.P.E Pipes into trench placing them true to alignment and gradient, jointing the H.D.P.E pipes, specials and fixing of valves with bolts and nuts and rubber packings, filling of pipes with water with an initital lead of 500m and testing the pipeline to the required pressure and make it leak proof, refilling the trench with excavated earth including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot labour charges etc., complete BUT EXCLUDING COST OF VALVES AND OTHER JOINTING MATERIALS for 63 mm dia HDPE 6 Kg /Cm² HDPE Pipe- FOR DISTRIBUTION

Providing drinking water pipeline to District Police center near Thandemvalasa in Srikakulam mandal;Supply and delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The Valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846.
