Providing FHTCs;Construction of 90mm dia HDPE 6 kg/cm2 pipe line as per IS 4984 - 1995 With its amentends and revisions and as shown in the drawing (Part C of Volume -I) and as per technical specifications (Part -B of Volume -I) including supply of pipes necessary specials such as bends,Tees etc. Lowering and laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient trench excavation (earth work excavation in all soils upto SDR using manual) for pipelines in soils except rock requiring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other then rocky soils and boulders) with watering and ramming and removing surpules earth and filling the pipe line with water and testing etc.complete as specified in technical specifications.The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyence of all materiels and labour charges etc for finished item of pipe line work including contractor's profit and over heads charges etc Complete.

Providing FHTCs;Cost, supply and fixing of functional house hold tap connections (FHTCs) with necessary specials etc., complete. -1 No, including earth work excavation and refilling of trench size 2.00 x 0.70 x 1.00 mt's and Supply of tamper proof house hold non return cum flow control valve (with all three parts made by using sold steel bars of SS304) with CNC machine make and of 15mm dia designed for 5 LPM discharge @ 0.5 bar pressure loss, not exceeding the flow of 10 LPM at 1 bar pressure and working on float principle (as per CPHEEO manual) including cost of materials, manufacturing, loading, unloading, stacking, transit insurance, transportation but excluding cost of CPVC pipes and its specials Laying and jointing, fixing charges and GST etc., (Connections on 90 mm line)
