Earth work excavation of pipe line trench including Lowering, Laying, Jointing and Testing of HDPE Pipe lines for water supply with HDPE PE-100 grade pipes as per IS specifications, with its amendments and revisions thereon with buttfushion welding with pipes, necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc. lowering pipes in ready made trench true to alignment and gradient and laying and jointing with necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc,.. the trench excavation for pipelines using 2/3rd Machinery + 1/3rd Manual in all tye of soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete. The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materialsto site and all labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, excluding cost of pipe, including cost of necessary specials, but excluding GST and including Over Heads and Contractors profit @ 13.615% for DN 280 PN-6 HDPE Pipe Line (trench size0.80X1.10M)

VCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete for thrust blocks
