Supply and Fixing of Medium Teak wood panalled Main Door of size 2.00 x2.70m made with outer Frame of sections size 100X125mm ( 2 Verticals, 3 horizontals and top partition of 1 vertical @ glass portion and fixed with iron grill alround 25x6mm MS Flat welded with 12mm square rods 3 horizontals, 6 Verticals of size 0.86x0.45- 2no.s. The teak wood double shutter are made by styles 115x50- 2no.s and middle 95x50mm-1no., and Rails are 125x50- 2no.s, 175x50- 2no.s, Teak wood planks of size 0.365x0.405x 0.025m -4no.s, 0.365x0.765x0.025m- 2no.s, top fixed cooling glass 6mm thick 1.86x0.23m- 1no. 10mm beading alround fixed with nails including fixing all fixtures such as 1No Brass Aldrop (IS:2681) 450 mm long, 4Nos Brass Tower Bolt-200 mmlong, 2Nos Brass fancy handles 150 mm long, 8Nos Brass Butt hinges 150 mm Long etc including all labour charges wrought and putup all other charges etc complete for finsihed item of work. Frame fitted with Adhesive foam finished with putty.

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame.

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:5:10) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size Hard Blasted Granite (IS383, 1970) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed (APSS No. 402)
