Supply delivery and fixing,of 100 mm DI sluice valve arrangement on pipeline including supply of valve with dismantling joint,DI specials to suite pressure class of main line etc with RCC valve chamber as per requirement with RCC slab cover and RCC manhole cover etc complete as directed by the departmental engineers,site requierments etc .The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of work, but excluding GST and seigniorage chargesbut including overheads and contractor's profit @ 13.615% .(PartB - Volume I).(100 mm on 110 mm dia HDPE pipe) WIth Chamber

Construction of 40 KL capacity OHSR of 12.90 mts staging a with M30 grade design mix at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SOR 2021-22. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges and all taxes, duties and levies, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615%. 1). All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix. 2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including bottom of roof. 4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections including cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 150 KMPH . Fixtures include : a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 m wide. b) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200 KL. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthling etc.,d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. e) D.I Manholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (light duty) - 2 Nos. f)Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float of approved pattern-1 No. g) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20m. i) D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. j). Bed Blocks of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in CC M15 Mix below all the duck foot bends k) The rates are inclusive of CI verticals for all inlet, out let, overflow and scour connections( as per estimate diameters) and D.I valves. All valves near inlet, out let and for scour shall be D.I valves of heavy duty conforming to the specification of SoR item No.30

Cutting of surface including stacking of excavated materials for pipe line trench work, Cut opening of Cement Concrete road surface with concrete saw cutter and removal with breaker etc.., including all charges complete, including overheads and cotractor,s profit @ 13.615% but exclusing GSt and seignourage charges

Cost and supply of 110 mm dia HDPE 6 kg/cm2 pipe line as per IS 4984 - 1995 With its amen tends and revisions and as shown in the drawing (Part C of Volume -I) and as per technical specifications (Part -B of Volume -I) including supply of pipes necessary specials such as bends, Tees etc.
