Providing FHTCs under Retrofitting in Mukkollupadu (V) of Nuzvid (M);Construction of pipelines for water supply with 75mm dia, 6 Kg/Cm2 HDPE PE-100 grade pipes as per IS Specifications, with its latest amendments and revisions thereon, including supplying of pipes, necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc., lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, trench excavation 2/3rd machinery and 1/3rd manual for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified in Technical Specifications (Part-B, Volume-I) . The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, but excluding GST and Seigniorge charges but including overheads and contractor's profit @ 13.615%

Providing FHTCs under Retrofitting in Mukkollupadu (V) of Nuzvid (M);Construction of Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTC) with supply & fixing of PP Clamp Saddle manufactured by injection moulding (virgin resin of PE-80/PE-100 having blue /black colour using food grade compound raw material with quality assurance cerificate for usage in drinking water system and having working pressure of 10 bar for 65 to 180mm dia main with 1/2" service connection) and supply and fixing of required materials such as Non-return cum flow control valve (with all three parts made by using solid steel bars of 316, wth CNC machine make and of 15mm dia designed for 5 LPM discharge @ 0.50 bar pressure loss, not exceeding the flow of 7 LPM at 1 bar pressure and working on float principle as per CPHEO manual), compression fittings (ISO:17885-2015, PN 16 rating and manufactured from virgin resin of PE-80 having blue colour. Providing FHTCs under Retrofitting in Mukkollupadu (V) of Nuzvid (M);Drilling of Bore well by down the hole hammer drilling to a finished dia of 112/165 mm dia in all formations suitable for down the hole hammer drilling such as medium hard rock formation to hard rock formation, all consolidated formation etc. and drilling in over burden to dia not less than 200 mm etc and reaming the bore well to suit insertion of suitable casing pipe etc., including insertion of casing pipe with couplings, caps any other relevant materials upto required depth as directed by the department including transportation of drilling rigs and supporting vehicle and including bore development (Flushing of Bore Well at an average pressure of 150 PSI) conducting yield test, consumables charges, Crew charges required in fixation of pipe assembly completely done to the satisfaction of the department and including all labour charges but excluding all taxes, the cost of casing pipe, couplings, cap etc., The entire work should be carried out as per IS -2800 Part I & II 1979 and amended from time to time. Drilling of Bore well 165 mm dia. upto 90.00RM including contracor profit
