Construction of 60 KL capacity OHSR of 12.95 mts staging of SBC 15.00 T/Sqm with M30 grade design mix at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness, valve chambers etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SOR 2023-24. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges and all taxes, duties and levies, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615%.1). All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix.2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including bottom of roof.4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections including cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 200 KMPH Fixtures include : a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 m wide.b) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200 KL. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthling etc.,d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh.e) D.I Manholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (light duty) - 2 Nos.f)Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float of approved pattern-1 No.g) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20m. h) D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. i). Bed Blocks of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in CC M15 Mix below all the duck foot bends

Construction of Sluice Valves set up to suit the pressure class of pipe including cost and conveyance of all materials such as sluice valve ,dimantelling join and other required specials for air valve arrrengements such as D/F pipes mechanical joints collers flanges etc as per data sheet for finished items of works including cost of Valve chamber all materials all type of tax,labour charges earth work excavetion charges in all types of soils except hard rocktesting to the required pressure and refilling and tamping.etc complete for finished item of work
